saturdays

Saturdays are Aaron's favorite. Everybody's home! Danny has no school and Daddy has no work--well most of the time.
Aaron loves clowning around with Danny---or is it the other way around?
Saturday also means baseball. We either spend the morning or the afternoon at the ballpark. I really enjoy watching Danny's team. We won yesterday 2-0. Danny had a sweet play, but I didn't get it on video. He bare-handed the ball and threw to 1st for the out. WOOHOO!

you think I'm crazy

Okay, let me set it up for you. There was a GIANT bee in my kitchen today. At first I thought the guy across the street was running his weed eater--uh no! It was this bee buzzing around. It finally got caught between the blind and the window, so I took my chance to kill it. I hit it SEVEN times! I go in the living room and not even 10 minutes later, I hear it flying around again...are you kidding me?? I get the shoe and go back into the kitchen but I don't hear it AND I don't see it. I think it's died and is in the corner somewhere. So I'm on the couch, nursing Aaron and here it comes busting up through the door way into the living room! I took Aaron into our bedroom and shut the door--he's thrilled--not. I hit the bee 2 more times with Brian's shoe. NOW it's dead!! And Aaron can finish eating. Any who, no one believed how big this thing was -- well, here it is. Who's exaggerating now??
It was even bigger than this--but I smashed it NINE times!

all tuckered out

Aaahhhhh! Look at the baby. Yesterday, Aaron and I ran errands, had lunch with Auntie M, and went to Wal-Mart for groceries. After all that, we picked Danny up from school and headed home. Aaron was soooo mad when we got home. I put him in his bed and wound up the mobile. He likes to watch the airplanes and talk to them. I went to check on him and re-wind the mobile when I found this. I guess he just couldn't take it anymore!
I left his pants off after the diaper change. He did have on tiny cargos.

I had to censor with a wash cloth. He loves his bath time! He just kicks and laughs and laughs. Not like in the beginning when he screamed bloody murder.

birthday and stuff

Yes, yesterday was my birthday...I'm officially INTO my thirties!! That's right--31. Brian brought flowers home--and a cake. I guess my diet will have to start later...after the cake is gone.

Aaron has this alligator called My Pal Al. He loves it. It tells you the colors in English, Spanish, and French. It's hilarious! Enjoy the video.
