picninin'

We went to a cookout Saturday at the Chappell's. Aaron, of course, made his way to the pool. We had so much fun. We talked, laughed, and watched the kids. Danny ended up staying overnight. I can't believe it's the end of summer!
Auntie Austin and Camron. Austin will be going to Middle School this year! What?? When we first met the Chappells, she was in the 3rd grade!
Jake throwing Camron across the pool! I was waiting patiently for my turn....NOT!!
Camron wasn't sure he should jump to these two knuckle heads--do you blame him?
Danny's slam dunk. Jake and David are looking on.
More pool time for Aaron. Thanks for having us over!

my first toofers

Aaron has teeth--well almost--the two bottom teeth have broken through the gums. I know you can barely see them--if at all. This picture only has one tooth--it's REAL hard to get a 7 month old boy to sit still, hold his lips out of the way, AND snap a photo!! This was the best I could do. I'll put up another picture when you can see them!
He's hepling them along with a teething biscuit--what a mess!
"I think I'm gonna need a bigger bib!"
Keeping the gums cool with Mommy's fudgsicle. He's such a little food begger!
"What do you mean it's all gone??"

THE wedding

I titled it THE wedding because it was the place to be, Saturday! We had such a good time--everything was absolutely perfect and awesome. Stacie was a beautiful bride. Jeff didn't look bad either!!
Here's Jeff and Stacie cutting the cake. (our Aunt Joyce made the cake!!)
Make sure you check out the slide show of the reception.

suprise!

I know, I'm sorry--all these entries go back and forth--it's not my fault!! I was gone for a week and a half!
Last Friday, after Steelers Training Camp, Brian's cousin, Sandee--from Florida--surprised everyone in PA with a visit. She and Brian are 8 months apart in age. Her daughter, Meghan and Danny are 8 mo. apart--and her son, Alex and Aaron are 8 mo. apart. Isn't that neat? Danny and Meghan are the same age and Aaron and Alex are the same age.
In the picture, Sandee's neice, Sandra is on the couch with Sandee- holding Aaron. Danny is on the floor with Meghan- holding Alex (he was over the whole picture thing!)
I had a really good picture of Steve, Sandee's husband, Alex, and Aaron, but I can't find it--I'm so upset--you don't get pictures of Steve very often!

Brian and Danny playing catch--it's only about 100 degrees out.

Danny's birthday in PA.

Aaron beating the heat eating ice cream...
...and Birthday cupcakes!

it takes so little

Am I the only one who sees toys scattered ALL OVER the floor.....but Aaron is playing with an empty water bottle and a shoe!
It takes so little to amuse the baby.

Don't worry--nobody wears these shoes--Brian doesn't do thongs. (teeheehee)

He figured out how to get them both!

Here we go Steelers....Here we go!!

We took the boys to Steelers training camp last Friday in Latrobe, PA. It was really cool. We were so close to the players. I put the good pictures in a slide show below--check it out. We all had on our Steelers gear--even Aaron. (Go figure, Aunt Kelli got him that onesie!) We got stuck in the rain. It worked to our advantage, though. Everyone cleared out and we got GREAT seats!
Aaron couldn't figure out the rain hitting his legs. He was so perplexed.
"Daddy, is it STILL raining?"
Danny hates me always snapping pictures--I took this one when he wasn't looking.

Happy Birthday, Danny!!

Danny is 14 today! Don't tell Grandma Farcin, but Danny was born on Friday the 13th--spooky! I really can't believe he'll be in High School this year. He was 7 when I met Brian--SEVEN! We had a little celebration after dinner. He got some shorts, i-pod skins, and cash.
Happy Birthday Danny. We love you!
"Danny, did you get a piece of cake?"
"MMMMmmmmm! this is good stuff!"
"Chocolate cake is my new favorite. I wish Danny had a birthday every day!"
Aaron couldn't take his eyes off the cake long enough to smile for the camera!
He had it everywhere!! I don't know how he managed to get it all over his belly... I took him straight to the tub.
